•Acquire new customers
•Establish and continually analyze/update profiles covering each
individual, present or potential Key Account
•Identify new opportunities at individual present Key Accounts with the objective of obtaining
additional business, as well as,
oPotential Key Accounts with the objective of obtaining new business; with the clear intention to conceive and prepare new and /or better solutions in conformity with Key Accounts’ needs and requirements, and in close cooperation with other internal organizational units
• Complete a Project Qualification when the fact-finding process produces, or potentially suggests a positive outcome
•Credit / Outstanding control
•To coordinate and to respond to RFQ’s
•To produce superior market intelligence
• Motivation of subordinates
• Leading and expansion of the Sales Team through development of new business and hiring of qualified new sales staff
•Report Trends and development in the market to Management
•Other tasks as assigned by Management
Kỹ năng công việc:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a sales person in freight forwarding company or shipping line
- Should hold a senior sales title, previous experience in managing a team would be desired but is not required
- Should have very good english skills, both written and spoken
- Needs to be working and leading his team indepedently and has to be showing great initiative
- Should have good very good contacts in the market to shipping lines and customers
- Should also have some own customers on hand.

:

•Execute the Global S&M Strategy within local and assigned client and sales territory to reach and exceed the set quota/targets


•Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the decision maker(s) at present and potential Key Accounts


•Acquire new customers

Salary Range : USD 1000-1200 / month (gross) plus expenses and bonus




Reporting line : Reporting to Branch Manager HCM office, with dotted reporting line to Regional Manager south Asia
